摘　　要：对高校后勤职工素质的现状和存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,对如何提高高校后勤职工素质提出了几点建议,从培训内容和方式、构建合理的人员结构、建立合理的分配和激励机制、创建和谐团队等方面进行了讨论.The current situation and problems about college rear- service staff＇s quality are analyzed deeply. A few proposals are put forward on how to improve the guality of college rear - service staff. The discussion is conducted in the form of content and way of training, the constructing of reasonable staff structure, the building of sound distribution and stimulus system and the setting- up of harmonious organization.
