关于高校后勤职工中党员先进性建设的思考

摘　　要：后勤社会化改革给高校后勤带来更大的挑战和更多的机遇,也让高校后勤职工中党员组成发生变化。后勤企业要适应市场挑战,提高其竞争能力,确保社会化改革给企业发展带来生机和活力,做为后勤党组织,必须主动适应后勤社会化改革,探索新形势下高校后勤党建工作的新思路、新方法,建立后勤工作新机制,确保基层党组织战斗堡垒和先锋模范作用的发挥。Socialization of Logistics offers college logistics more opportunities and more challenges, it also changes the structure of logistical staff. Logistics organization should adapt to the market, improve its abilities of market campaign. As the basic party organization, it needs to seek for the new thoughts and new measures of party construction in college logistics organization and to make effcient principals in order to strengthen the party＇s capacity and play a vanguard role.
