吻合器黏膜环切和注射疗法结合Parks肛后修补术治疗直肠脱垂  

Mucosal Circular Resection by Stapler plus Injection Combined with Parks Posterior-anal Neoplasty in the Treatment of Rectal Prolapse

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器直肠黏膜环切和注射疗法结合Parks肛后修补术治疗直肠脱垂的疗效，采用吻合器直肠黏膜环切术及消痔灵直肠周围注射法治疗直肠脱垂15例，其中7例直肠脱垂伴有不完全性肛门失禁者行Parks肛后修补术。15例治愈13例（86．7％），好转2例（13．3％），术后平均随访19个月，未见复发，术后肛管静息压及收缩压均有明显提高（P〈0．01）。结果表明，吻合器直肠黏膜环切和注射疗法结合伴有肛门失禁者行Parks肛后修补术治疗直肠脱垂手术简便、疗效确切、并发症少。The objective of this study was to explore therapeutic effects of the therapy（mucosal circular resection by stapler plus injection combined with Parks posterior-anal neoplasty） in the treatment of rectal prolapse. 15 patients with rectal prolapse were subjected to mucosal circular resection by stapler and injec tion of Xiao Zhi Ling around rectum,among whom 7 patients were associated with incomplete anal inconti nence,and also subjected to Parks posterior-anal neoplasty. As results, 13 cases（86.7 %） were cured, 2 ca ses（13.3%） were improved;Within the postoperative follow-up of 19 months no recurrence were round,after operation anal rest pressure and constriction pressure were all increased（ P 〈0.01）. These results show that the therapy of mucosal circular resection by stapler plus injection,and for the patients associated with anal incontinence combined with Parks posterior-anal neoplasty,in the treatment of rectal prolapse has such advantages as simple manipulation, certain effects, and less complication.
