摘  要:建立了静压气体球轴承气膜位移-动态力频响函数的数学模型。计算结果表明,轴承气膜频响函数的幅相频率特性随轴承工作点和摄动频率的变化而变化,表明气膜系统是一个强非线性系统。介绍了动特性实验装置的工作原理及系统固有模态对测试结果的影响。测试结果表明,在22-400Hz的频段内,当气膜高度不大于70μm时,采用作者提出的静压气体球轴承频响函数计算方法,可以准确地计算出气膜位移-动态力频响函数的幅频特性。实验装置尚不具备相频特性的测试条件,有待于将来的进一步改进。Equivalent mathematical model of frequency response function for externally pressurized spherical gas bearing with inherent compensation was built. The result of calculation shows that frequency response characteristics of test bearing change with variety of operating points and perturbation frequency, it is indicated that the film-load mass is a strong nonlinearity system. Operating principle of the test apparatus and influence of apparatus' mechanical modal on test results were introduced. The results show that calculation methods put forward by authors can exactly calculate amplitude frequency response characteristics of the present bearing from 22 Hz to 400 Hz at film gap smaller than 70 μm. But the apparatus could not meet test requirements of phase frequency response characteristics at present.
