摘　　要：基于带压密封工程作业中已经发生和可能发生的事故教训,分析了泄漏事故现场对带压密封工程作业人员的危害因素及可引发的物理爆炸、化学爆炸、中毒、噪声性耳聋、烫伤、冻伤、打击伤害等灾难性后果。依据人体可能遭受的伤害部位,研究了带压密封工程作业人员头部、眼面部、呼吸器官、听觉器官、手部、躯干、足部的防护措施,高处作业规则,架设安全通道的必要性,无火花工具的选用,同时提供了与之相对应的国家标准和国家行业标准。The hazard factors to the operators in the leaking sites and the disastrous consequence with physics explosion, chemical explosion, poison, noise deafness, scald, frostbite and attack injury etc were analyzed based on already and possibly accident to occur for online leak sealing engineering operating. The protection of forehead, eyes, face, nose, ears, hands, trunk, feet, and the regulations of works at heights, the necessity of erecting safety passageway, the select of nonsparking safety tools were studied. The national and professional standards of corresponding with ones were offered.
