摘  要:利用滚筒试验机考察了不同含量ZDDP对锂-钙基润滑脂抗水性和机械安定性的影响。研究发现,ZDDP能提高锂-钙基润滑脂的抗水性;低含量ZDDP能提高锂-钙基润滑脂的机械安定性;添加不同质量分数的ZDDP的锂-钙基润滑脂经加水滚筒工作后,其锥入度变化的经验模型与实验结果吻合。The influence of different zinc dialkyl-dithiophates (ZDDP) content on anti-water and mechanical stability of Lithium-Calcium base grease were studied by the roll stability tester. It was found that ZDDP can improve the anti-water performance of Lithium-Calcium base grease and the performance of mechanical stability with the low content of ZDDP in the grease. The experimental result is satisfied with the experiential model which is correlated with the change in Lithium- Calcium base grease cone penetration with different ZDDP content, after the roll stability tester ran with water.
