摘 要:以浮石为载体,采用浸渍法制备负载型光催化剂TiO2/浮石,研究微波辅助光催化体系对以活性艳红X-3B的脱色反应,并与Al2O3、分子筛、玻璃细球为载体的光催化剂进行比较。结果显示,微波对TiO2/浮石光催化有辅助作用,TiO2/浮石的催化活性最好。进一步研究了pH、H2O2滴加量,催化剂寿命对TiO2/浮石反应体系的影响,实验证明,TiO2/浮石结构性能稳定,活性持久,适宜于工业应用。The TiO2 photo-catalyst loaded on pumice, Al2O3, MST-5A and glass ball was prepared by the dip-coating method. The photocatalytic activities of the prepared catalyst were evaluated by the decolorizing efficiency of active Bright Red X-3B under the condition of micro-wave (MW) combined with ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The results showed that micro- wave enhanced the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst, and the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/pumice was higher than that of the others. The affecting factors, such as pH, H2O2 and life of catalyst in the TiO2/pumice reaction system were also studied. The experimental results showed that TiO2/pumice has the advantages of stable structure, and long photocatalytic life, being suitable to be applied to the industries.
