摘　　要：目的 建立颈痹颗粒中芍药苷的高效液相测定含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Kromasi C18（5μm，250mm×4．6mm）分析柱。流动相为：甲醇-水（33：67）。流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长230nm。结果 精密度、稳定性好．芍药苷在0．0824～0．4120μg范围内线性关系良好。γ=0．9993，平均回收率为97．50％。结论 试方法准确，专属性强，重复性好。可作为颈痹颗粒中芍药苷的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Jingbi Granules. METHODS RP-HLPC with kromasi C18 （5μm, 250mm × 4. 6mm） column was used. The mobile phase of paeoniflorin was a mixture of Methand-water（33 ： 67）,with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1 and detection wavelegength at 230nm. RESULTS The linear range of paeoniflorin was in the range of 0. 0824～0. 4120μg. γ=0. 9993. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was97.50%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate,the exclusive is strong,repetition good,can be the grain of jinbi in the quantity control method of the paeoniflorin.
