摘　　要：目的建立牡丹皮药材的HPLC指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法色谱条件:色谱柱:迪马公司D iam onsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)。流动相:甲醇-水溶液梯度洗脱。流量:1mL.m i-n 1。检测波长:280nm。以丹皮酚为参照物。结果指纹图谱共有色谱峰的稳定性、精密度和重复性试验中的RSD均小于6%,符合有关规定〔1〕。结论本研究可作为鉴定牡丹皮药材质量的方法之一。OBJECTIVE To set up the fingerprints chromatography of Mudanpi crude drugs by HPLC. METHODS The measurement conditions used are as follows：it was carried out on Diamonsil C18 （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm） column ; mobile phase, it was adapted gradient with methanol-water solution ; flow rate ： 1mL·min^-1;wavelength：280nm. Paeonol was used as reference compound. RESULTS The RSD of stability precision and reproducibility did not reach 6%. CONCLUSION The method can be used to be one of the quality control of Mudanpi crude drugs.
