摘　　要：甘肃省民办高等教育起步较晚,规模较小,发展速度缓慢,区域分布不平衡。制约甘肃省民办高等教育发展的主要问题有思想认识问题、资金筹措问题、师资队伍建设问题、特色问题、管理问题以及规模和效益问题。Private higher education got of to a late start in Gansu and is of a small scale. It is also of slow development and unbalanced distribution. The problems that restrict its development are ideological recognition ,money raising, organization of teachers, its features ,management, the scale and matters of profits.
