氯沙坦与苯那普利降压及降尿酸作用对比观察

摘　　要：目的:比较氯沙坦与苯那普利降压及降尿酸作用。方法:将60例原发性高血压伴高尿酸血症患者随机分成两组,分别给予氯沙坦50mg/d和苯那普利10mg/d,疗程4周。观察两组的降压效果及对血尿酸水平的影响。结果:氯沙坦组治疗后与治疗前比较,血压、血尿酸均显著下降(P<0.05)。苯那普利组治疗后血压显著下降(P<0.05),血尿酸水平治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:氯沙坦与苯那普利降压作用相似;氯沙坦除有降压作用外,还可降低血尿酸;高血压伴高尿酸血症的患者,氯沙坦为首选药物。Objective： To compare the effects of Losartan and Benazapril in decreasing bloodpressure and uric acid. Methods, 60 patients suffering from primary hypertension accompanied with hyerurecemia were divided into two groups at random. The two groups are respectively given Losartan 50mg,/d and Benazapril 10mg/d for 4 weeks. Then, make an observation of decreasing blood-pressure and the level of uric acid. Results： Blood-pressure and blood uric acid of the group taking Losartan were significantly decreased（P〈0. 05）. Blood-pressure of the group taking Benazapril was also decreased（P〈 0. 05）, but blood uric acid level kept the same（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Losartan has not only the same effect on hypertension as Benazapril. but also an effect on hyerurecemia. It is the first choice for the hypertension patients with hyerurecemia.
