摘　　要：把研发项目的任务规划概括为分解方法、解耦方法及分解工具的研究等3个方向,并综述了相关领域的研究状况;分析了研发任务规划中的研究热点。Owing to importance of R＆D project programming, research of task decomposing and resource distribution method has been a hotspot area all through past tens of years. Firstly, the task decomposing problem was summed as three directions ： research of decomposing method; research of decoupling reiteration and coupling tasks; research of decomposing tool, every direction＇ s study state was introduced. Then research state of resource distribution problem was also reviewed. The hotspot of development programming was discussed.
