摘 要:利用MSC.MARC有限元计算软件及配套的硬件设备,采用多体接触三维有限元分析模型,在计算时主要考虑螺栓与齿轮、齿轮与齿轮间的接触问题。研究了螺栓过盈配合对齿轮转子模态的影响,以及螺栓个数对此齿轮转子模态的影响。通过比较,分析了特殊齿轮转子在工作过程中的振动特性。结果表明:装配过盈量对转子振动频率影响不大;改变齿轮间的连接方式(增减连接螺栓个数)则对齿轮转子振动频率影响比较大,可以采用不同的连接方式来增大齿轮转子的工作频率带宽度。With finite element calculation software of MSC. MARC and relative hardware equipments as well as multi - bodies 3D finite element analyses models, the influence of bolts number and interference closure among bolts and gear wheels on dynamic mode of gear wheel rotor were studied by considering the contact problems among the bolts and gear wheels, gear wheel and gear wheel. Through comparing, the vibration behaviors of the special gear wheels rotor in work were analyzed. The results show that the in- fluence of the bolts number on the vibration frequency of gear wheel rotor isn' i notable, but the connected modes ( such as changing the number of connected bolts) affect the vibration frequency of gear wheel rotor distinctly, so changing the connected modes can broaden the width of the working band.
