摘　　要：为了实现对无数据采集功能设备的信息化管理,介绍了一种以加速度传感器为基础的实时数据采集系统,该系统以加速度传感器为基础,融合了信息分析技术、网络通讯技术和知识获取技术;通过对实时采集到的震动信号进行FFT变换处理后得到频域信息,并对其进行模式匹配,可准确获取设备当前的状态信息。适用于无数据采集功能设备的企业信息化集成。A new kind of data acquisition system based on accelerometer was introduced. The system integrates the technologies of signal process, communication, network, and knowledge discovery, it can gain the device＇ s status through the pattern matching of frequency - domain acquired by FFT analysis the real time vibration signal. The system suits for the integration of devices without data acquisition ability.
