摘　　要：针对制造型企业加工种类复杂,工时数据量大的特点,开发了基于基元化理论的工时定额管理系统。该系统是一套适用于制造企业工时定额制定工作的软件工具集,其中包括了定额标准资料库构建工具和工时定额测算方法建模工具,以及工时定额计算、管理与分析工具。利用该系统大大减少了工时计算中的重复工作,计算速度和准确率大大提高,也使得工时定额工作规范化和标准化。For the characteristic of complex machining kinds and generous man - hour datum in manufacture enterprise, computer aided time quota predetermining system based on primitives was developed. The system is a suit of software tool for manufacture enterprises to constitute time quota, including tool for designing ration standard data bank, tool for modeling time quota measure ways, and tool for accounting, managing and analyzing time quota. Using the system man - hour account will be decreased greatly; account speed and veracity will be increased greatly; time quota will be standardization.
