摘  要:在发电厂里有许多机器零件由于磨损而失效,因此提高这些机器零件的耐磨性和使用寿命就成为科研及生产部门所关注的问题.利用我国资源丰富的稀土,在气体软氮化的基础上,加入一定量的稀土催渗剂和供硼剂,进行了一系列的低温气体氮-碳-硼-稀土多元共渗的试验研究.结果表明,45钢经氮-碳-硼-稀土多元共渗后,可在材料的表面形成较厚的化合物层和扩散层,使材料的耐磨性、耐蚀性获得了明显提高.离子探针检测证实,稀土元素镧也渗入了钢的表面,起到了微合金化的作用.At the moment, many machine parts in power plants fail due to wear, Therefore, to effectively improve the wear resistance and service life of machine parts becomes an increased concerning problem. A series of experiments on N-C-B-RE multicomponent thermochemical treatment had been carried out. The results show that the thicker compound layers and diffusing layers can be formed, and both wear and corrosion resistance is remarkably improved. It has been proved by ion microanalysis that rare earth La already permeates into the layer and acts as an alloying element.
