摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展和普及,网络中存在大量的需要实现多媒体信息的实时传输.在研究RTP/RTCP等多媒体实时传输协议原理的基础上,对RTP/RTCP在网络多媒体传输中的实现机理以及应用情况进行了实验和消息分析,并给出了针对MPEG格式的媒体数据的具体实现方案.该方案充分考虑了数据压缩、切分及调度、丢包修复及拥塞控制等情况,并编制软件利用上述协议进行了实际的数据传输尝试,说明了这些协议在多媒体数据传输中是有效的,能够很好地实现网络数据的实时传输.With the development and widely use of Internet, many applications need to realize real-time transport for multimedia data. Based on research concerning the principle of RTP/RTCP multimedia real-time transport protocol, experiments and message analysis about realization mechanism of RTP/RTCP in network multimedia transmission had been given, and the solution scheme for transmission of MPEG stream had been presented. In the method, factors that affect the transmission quality such as data condensation, scheduling, repair for losing packs and jam-up controlling had been considered. The approach is effective for real-time transmission of multimedia data via network.
