摘  要:新装高压电动闸阀在汽机启动前的暖管过程中突然爆裂,对爆裂阀体检验和材料理化检测后,认为阀体材料基本符合质量要求。对腔室渗水分析和内压估算得知,阀体爆裂是由于腔室内渗入凝结水,在汽机启动暖管过程中,腔室内凝结水不断升温,使得腔室内压不断升高,最终阀体强度不能承受内压所致。基于此提出防止发生类似事故的措施。To find out the causes of sudden explosion of the newly-installed high pressure electric gate valve during pipe warming before start-up of the steam turbine, the exploded valve body was checked, and the physical and chemical inspection for the material was carried out. The results showed that the valve material meets relevant quality requirement. Through analysis of seeping water in the chamber and its inner pressure, the explosion cause was found out: the condensate seeped into the chamber, and during pipe warming the condensate temperature kept rising. Consequently the pressure in the chamber kept rising, too, which caused valve explosion when the pressure exceeded the bearable limit of the valve. Measures to prevent reoccurrence of similar accidents are put forward.
