摘  要:本实验从印染厂废水中筛选出一株金属铜具有高效吸附性能的菌株。重点研究了磁场(固定化永磁粉)对微生物生长的影响,并讨论了静置时间和温度对絮凝效果的影响,在3512培养20h后,加磁粉的菌液对铜离子的去除率可以达到87.2%.A high-yield strains, which had high ability of absorbing copper, was screened out from the wastewater of a dyeing factory. The effect of magnetic field on growth of high-yield strains was mainly studied, and the impact of state time and temperature on flocculation were also discussed. It was indicated that the removal rate could achieve 87.2% after cultivated 20 hours at 35℃.
