摘　　要：借鉴国际当代“城市管治”研究的视角与视野、理论与范式,提取中国开发区运作过程中一些共性机制和典型现象,从开发区“割据”导致的城市管治体系组织与空间上的双重“碎化”、开发区开发运营对应的城市“政体”演化重构、开发区运作与“经营主义”城市管治兴起蔓延之关联三个方面,剖析了开发区运作实践对于当代中国城市管治体系变革的影响作用。Viewed from the perspective of the international studies on contemporary urban governance, through the analysis of the basic mechanisms and typical processes in the operation of China＇s New Special Development Zones （NSDZs）, the impacts of the processing of NSDZs on the reformation of China＇s contemporary urban governance are discussed in this paper, in which institutional and spatial ＂fragmentation＂ of urban governance, the restructuring of ＂urban regime＂, and the rise of the ＂entrepreneurialism＂ governance ideology are the three main aspects particularly concerned.
