摘  要:从植物根系的土壤中分离到127个细菌分离物,皿内实验筛选出对烟草野火病有抑制作用的菌株6个,盆栽试验表明,菌株S1对烟草野火病兼有保护和治疗作用,防效分别为85.98%和76.95%,同时菌株S1对植株还具有明显的促生作用。经鉴定菌株S1为芽孢杆菌属枯草芽孢杆菌。127 bacterial strains were isolated from rhizosphere soils. The result of plate test showed that six strains had antagonistic activity against the tobacco wildfire disease. In pot experiment, strain S1 had a protective efficiency of 85. 98% and therapeutic efficiency of 76. 95% against the tobacco wildfire disease. In addition, strain S1 appeared promoting effect on the tobacco growth. This strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis.
