摘 要:研究了黑缘红瓢虫成虫对扁平球坚蚧若虫捕食的功能反应、干扰作用。结果表明,其功能反应属于HollingⅡ型,寻找效应与自身密度的关系可用Hassell数学模型描述。黑缘红瓢虫对扁平球坚蚧具有较强的捕食能力,日最大捕食量为51.57头。黑缘红瓢虫对猎物的寻找效应随自身密度的增大而下降;成虫存在着种内干扰,其捕食率随着自身密度的增加而降低。模拟后的各方程经χ2检验,其理论值与观察值差异不显著。The experiment results showed that the functional response of predation on Parthenolecanium corni by the Chilocorus rubidus belonged to the type of Holling Ⅱ. Relationship between amount of scales preyed by ladybirds and scales density showed a negative accelerative curve. The daily maximum number of scales preyed theoretically by the adult ladybirds was 51.57. The searching efficiency decreased with the increase of predator density. The mutual interference among individual predators and preys could described by Hassell equation. There was mutual interference among the adults of ladybug of Chilocorus rubidus ,and the predatory rate increased as its density decreased. X^2 test showed that the theoretical expectation fits the observe values.
