摘　　要：本文立足保护我国养殖渔民的基本权益,讨论了我国养殖渔业权制度的改革。经过深入分析,指出当前我国养殖渔业权制度存在产权模糊和产权残缺两点重要缺陷,并在此基础上提出了完善我国养殖渔业权制度的几点建议。This article makes a discussion on reforming the institution of the property of aquaculture fisheries in China to protect the fishermen＇ s interests. Through thorough analysis, this article owes the constant invasion on the fishermen＇ s interests to two aspects of defect of the institution of the property of aquaculture fisheries, including the obscurity and deformity in the property right distribution, on this basis, some reforming suggestions are put forward.
