摘　　要：本文讨论了中国海岸带经济开发中港口开发和利用、湿地消亡与环境污染、渔业资源衰退、滨海旅游等方面存在的问题,在提出进行开发与保护、实行循环经济措施的基础上,展望了海洋能源、海水利用与淡化、港口与邻港工业、海洋渔业等领域海岸带经济开发的前景。This paper discusses the problems of the port development and utilization, the disappearance of wet land, the enviromnent pollution, the decline of fishery resources, and the coastal tourism, the development of coastal economy in China. On the basis of development and conservation, and recycle economy, it proposes the prospects of the development of coastal economy in marine energy, sea water utilization and desaltation, port and its related industries, and marine fisheries, and soon.
