摘　　要：济钢研究开发出混合煤气加压站电除尘冲洗污水处理及再利用新工艺。其流程为“浊水池→浊水泵→纤维球过滤器→清水池→冲洗供水泵”。系统采用具有“深层滤料直接过滤技术和理想滤料特性”的高效快速“纤维球过滤器”处理电除尘、丝网脱水器除尘污水,实现了PLC自动控制,出水悬浮物含量小于5～10mg/L。The new disposal and reutilization process for electrically dusting washing sewage of mixing gas pressure works was developed in Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Group Co. The process was ＂turbid water pond → turbid water pump →fiber ball filter →clean water pond → washing water pump＂. The system used the ＂fiber ball filter＂ with high efficiency and fast velocity to dispose the electrically dusting washing sewage and wire mesh dewaterer dusting sewage. The ＂fiber ball filter＂ had the direct filter technology for deep-layer material and ideal filter material characteristics. The PLC automatic control was realized in the system and the suspension content in water was less than 5-10 mg/L.
