摘　　要：将三套全提取空气分离设备的氪氙系统进行组合,实现互联、互替,从而解决了其中一套氪氙系统设备因缺陷而不能生产的问题。The krypton and xenon systems of three sets of air separators were combined, and their mutual linkage and mutual replacement were realized. It solved the problem that the plants in one set of the krypton and xenon systems could not operate due to faults.
