诺和锐治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察诺和锐治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组给予诺和锐治疗，对照组以诺和灵R治疗，药物剂量根据血糖调整。观察指标包括两组患者血糖控制效果、控制血糖达标所需时间和胰岛素剂量以及不良反应。结果 两组药物治疗均可有效地降低血糖（P〈0．001）；观察组降低血糖效果、控制血糖达标所需时间及胰岛素剂量均优于对照组（P均〈0．05）；观察组有1例出现中餐前低血糖，对照组有3例出现夜间低血糖，两组患者均来见明显过敏反应及其它不适。结论 诺和锐治疗2型糖尿病降低血糖效果显著，安全性高，注射方式灵活，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of insulin aspart in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus （ DM ）. Methods 80 patients with type 2 DM were randomly divided into observe group（40 cases ） and eontrol group（ 40 cases ）. Insulin aspart was used in observe group, Novolin R was used in oontrol group.The effect of blood glucoe, e oontrol, therapeutic time, insulin dose and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results Insulin aspart and Novolin R could improve blood glucose efficiently. The effect of blood glucose control,therapeutic time, insulin dose of observe group were superior to those of oontrol group（P〈 0.05）. There was one case with pre-lunch hypoglycemia in observe group, three cases with night hypoglycemia in control group. No obviously allergic response and other indisposition in two groups. Conclusion Insulin aspart is an effective and high-safetied method in the treatment of type 2 DM.
