康脑液对脑缺血大鼠软脑膜微循环的影响

摘  要:脑血管病是人类三大死亡原因之一,其中,缺血性脑血管病占相当大的比例。脑微循环障碍是缺血性脑血管病的主要发病环节之一,改善脑微循环障碍是治疗缺血性脑血管病的一个重要措施。为此,我们在前人经验的基础上,自制了复方制剂康脑液,观察其对大鼠脑缺血软脑膜微循环障碍的干预作用,为临床开发利用中药提供实验依据。Objective: To study the interference action of self-made Kangnaoye (made for traditional Chinese herbal medicine) on pia mater microcirculation after cerebral ischemia in rats.Method: The revised method described by Bannister was adopted to establish the experimental model of rats common cartoid arteries ischemia. Twenty-two male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to the two groups. The rats in Kangnaoye group were intubated orally with 2 ml Kangnaoye once daily for 18d, the Kangnaoye replaced by the equivalent volume of normal saline(NS) in modle group. The pia mater microcirculation was studied by using a vital microscope with TV recorder before and after making model. Results: (1)The distubance of the pia mater micro-blood flow condition was improved. The micro-blood speed slowed and the red cell aggregated after making madel in Kangnaoye grope was obviously lighter than that of model group (P<0.05-0.01). (2) The effect of diameter of pia mater micro-vessels contracted that was caused by cerebral ischemia was antagonized(P<0.05-0.01). (3) The capillary intersections in Kangnaoye group more than that of model group(P<0.05-0.01).Conclusion: Kangnaoye could markedly improve the pia mater microcirculation and had a neuroprotective effect on cerebral ischemia in rats .
