摘　　要：针对公众对于环境质量知情权的实际需要,提出基于R IA建立空气质量信息服务W ebGIS的设想。在介绍了R IA技术以及Flex平台有关情况的基础上,对其实现技术、功能、过程等作了比较详细的阐述。并且通过对试验系统的开发,验证了其可行性与有效性。With the people＇s improving of environment sense, the thought for constructing air environment information service based on RIA and WebGIS is presented. Considering the trait of Flex platform and RIA technology, it discussed the realization technology, function and process of its realization in detail. It also proved its feasibility and effectivity with an experiment system.
