静脉麻醉用于人工流产手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察静脉麻醉用于人工流产术的临床疗效。方法将1 000例早孕妇女随机分为两组。观察组实行无痛人工流产术,对照组实行无麻醉人工流产术。观察术中镇痛效果、宫口松弛程度、手术时间、术中出血量及人流综合征发生情况。结果观察组镇痛效果完全,明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(有效率100%,P<0.01)。两组在宫口松弛程度、人流综合征、手术时间、术中出血量观察项目中,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论静脉麻醉用于人工流产术镇痛效果确切,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia applied in artificial abortion. Methods 1000 women in early stage of pregnancy were divided into two groups. No-pain artificial abortion technique was applied for pregnant women in observation group, artificial abortion without any anesthesia was applied for pregnant women in the contrast group. The analgesic effect in operation, relaxation degree of the cervix, duration of operation, amount of bleeding during operation and occurance of abortion syndrome were closely observed. Results The analgesic effect in operation of the patients in observation group was better than that of the patients in contrast group （all P 〈 0.01 ）. Significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） were also noticed in relaxation degree of the cervix, duration of operation, amount of bleeding during operation and occurence of abortion syndrome. Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia is safe and highly effective in artificial abortion, and it is worthy to be popularized.
