摘　　要：依据香山科学会议第268次学术讨论会,评述了我国煤层气资源潜力与勘探方向、地质基础研究与经济开采的关键科学技术问题、产业化面临的瓶颈问题与对策,综述了与会专家就发展我国煤层气产业问题达成的5点共识。Based on the Xiangshan Science Conferences of No. 268, the author reviewed the resources, the exploration direction, the basic research of geology, the key problems of economic development, the difficulties and strategies for the industrialization of coal-bed gas in China. The consensus of scholars in the meeting were given in this paper, too.
