摘 要:目的 探讨八正合剂治疗泌尿系统感染性疾病的药理学作用及机理。方法 将大肠杆菌注入小鼠膀胱后观察药物对细菌上行感染肾脏的抑制作用;同时检测其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果 八正合刺灌胃给药可显著降低小鼠大肠杆菌上行感染肾脏的带菌剖面百分率[ED50为(11.01±1.63)g·kg^-1,95%可信限为9.50~12.76g·kg^-1],显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,对体液免疫和细胞免疫影响不大。结论 八正合剂治疗泌尿系统感染性疾病的作用机制主要与其增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能、清除尿路细菌有关。Objective To study the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Bazheng mixture (BM) for the treatment of infectious disease of urinary system in mice. Methods After colon bacillus injected into bladders of mice, the mice kidneys were examined for the anti-infection action, meanwhile, the immune function of mice was evaluated. Results BM remarkably decreased the percentage of kedney's infection area caused by retrograde infection of E. coil [ ED50 is ( 11.01 1.63 ) g·kg^-1 and the 95% CL is 9.50 ~ 12.76g · kg^-1 ]. BM was also effective in raising the rate of carbon particle clearance and the index of carbon particle clearance, but BM had no significant effects on body fluid immunity and cell immunity in mice. Conclusion The mechanism of BM for the treatment infectious disease of urinary system are mainly associated with increasing the function of carbon particle clearance , and clearing bacteria from urinary system.
