摘　　要：通过对晋中市农村饮水困难的成因和对策分析,认为加强水资源和水工程管理,提高工程科技含量,建立一套完善的设计、施工、验收和监督制度是解决农村饮水困难的有效途径。The causes that the difficulty of rural drinking water forms in Jinzhong City and the countermeasures to solve these problems are analyzed. It is believed that to strengthen the management of water resources and water conservancy project, to raise the content fo science and technique in project, to establish a set of perfect systems of design, construction, check and acceptance and supervision are effective ways to solve the difficulty of rural drinking water.
