摘 要:用固相接枝共聚方法制备聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯共聚物(PP-g-PS),详细考察了聚丙烯与引发剂的品种、反应温度、苯乙烯与引发剂的浓度等因素对接枝率的影响。结果表明,PP-g-PS具有较高的接枝率。共聚PPJ340与PP粉料的接枝率均较均聚PPF401为高;将3种引发剂(BPO、TBP、DCP)进行比较,在相同的条件下,以TBP作为引发剂的接枝率最高;接枝率随St/PP质量比增大与反应温度的提高而提高。将PP-g-PS应用于聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(PP/PS)共混物中,能降低分散相PS的粒径与提高PP/PS的相容性。The grafting rate and grafting effect influenced by factors of PP and initiator types, reaction temperature. concentration of initiator and styrene etc were examined in detail.The PP-g-PS has higher grafting rate.The graft rate of either copolymer PPJ340 or PP powder was higher than that of homopolymer PPF401.Comparing three kinds of initiators (BPO,TBP,DCP)under same condition,the graft rate of TBP is the highest one. The graft rate elevates along with increasing of St/PP quality ratio and raising of reaction temperature. PP-g-Ps applied into polypropylene/polystyrene (PP/PS) blend can decrease dispersed phase PS size in PP and elevate com patibility of PP/PS.
