摘　　要：目的观察益脑胶囊抗衰老的作用。方法建立大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血模型,测定脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)和伊文思蓝的含量,测定正常大鼠血清中SOD的含量。利用大鼠体外颈总动脉-颈外静脉血流旁路法形成血小板血栓,称量血栓湿重。结果益脑胶囊能提高急性不完全性脑缺血模型大鼠脑组织中SOD和伊文思蓝的含量,降低LPO含量,提高正常大鼠血清SOD的含量,抑制大鼠实验性血栓形成。结论益脑胶囊具有预防老年性血管疾病的发生、延缓机体衰老的作用。Objective To observe the anti-aging effect of Yinao capsule, Methods The rat model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was established, and determined the content of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, lipid peroxidation （LPO） and Evans blue in brain tissue, determined the serum SOD content of normal rats. Formed blood platelet thrombus by common carotid artery-external jugular vein blood flow bypass operation of rats, and weighed wet weight of thrombus. Results The Yinao capsule can increase SOD and Evans blue content of brain tissue from rat model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia, at the same time, decrease the LPO content. It can enhance serum SOD content of normal rats, and inhibit the formation of experimental thrombus. Conclusion The Yinao capsule can prevent the occurrence of senile diseases, and defer organism aging.
