徐铁系统人力资源管理探析

摘　　要：无论国际、国内形势的发展，还是企业、事业、农业实力的壮大，都需要拥有充裕的人力资源。铁路是国民经济的大动脉，特别是铁路提出了跨越式发展的战略，更迫切需要有充裕的人力资源作支撑。从目前情况看，大规模、短期内补充人力资源且有一定难度。因此，发挥现有人力资源的“最大化”显得尤为重要。以徐州铁路系统为例，近年来，他们注重从人力资源的内部挖潜出发，从发挥人力资源的“最大化”入手，取得事半功倍的效果。Rich manpower resource is necessary not only to the development of international and home affairs but to the growth of businesses, enterprises and agriculture. As the main artery of national economy, railway needed to be supported by abundant manpower resource, especially after the strategy of leaping development is brought forward. Even in the present situation, it is still difficult to enlist a big staff within a short period of time. Therefore, it＇s rather important to dig out the present manpower resource to the maximum. As a good example, Xuzhou railway system paid great attention to dig out its own manpower resource potentials and received very good results.
