摘　　要：目的研究壳聚糖铋对大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型的影响。方法采用大鼠水浸应激型、乙酸灼烧型、乙醇致胃粘膜损伤型及幽门结扎型的胃溃疡模型,观察壳聚糖铋对溃疡面积或溃疡指数的影响。结果壳聚糖铋可明显降低大鼠的溃疡面积或溃疡指数。结论壳聚糖铋对大鼠实验性胃溃疡有明显的防治作用。Aim To study the effects of chitosan-bismuth on experimental rat ulcer models. Methods Rat gastric-ulcer models induced by water immersing method, burned acetic acid, absolute ethyl alcohol and ligated pylorus were used to evaluate the effects of chitosan- bismuth on rat ulcer area or ulcer index. Results Chitosan-Bismuth significantly decreased rat ulcer area or ulcer index. Conclusion Chitosan-bismuth showed evident prophylactic and therapeutic effects on rat gastric ulcer.
