关于阿莫西林中聚合物杂质的研究

摘　　要：介绍了阿莫西林产品中的聚合物杂质:阿莫西林的青霉噻唑酸、阿莫西林的脱羧青霉噻唑酸等及形成机理,分析了影响阿莫西林聚合物形成的因素及主要致敏原,为阿莫西林质量控制提供依据.Polymer impurities in amoxicillin and their forming mechanism are introuduced：penilloic acids of amoxicillin. Influencing factors to forming polymer impurities and the main allergy are analyzed. The research results provide the basis for the quality control of amoxicillin.
