摘 要:选择三元杂交犤杜×(大×长)犦的(18±2)日龄断奶仔猪120头,平均断奶体重(5.57±0.04)kg,按体重和性别分成5个处理组,每处理3个重复。第1组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕基础日粮;第2组添加金霉素(150mg/kg);第3组为益生菌组,添加0.1%的纳豆芽孢杆菌;第4组为甘露寡糖组,添加0.2%的甘露寡糖;第5组为合用组,添加0.1%的甘露寡糖和0.05%的纳豆芽孢杆菌。试验分为两个阶段:1~14天、15~28天,研究微生态制剂纳豆芽孢杆菌、甘露寡糖对早期断奶仔猪生产性能、细胞免疫和抗氧化机能的影响。结果表明,纳豆芽孢杆菌和甘露寡糖对仔猪日增重的影响与金霉素组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05),纳豆芽孢杆菌能显著降低仔猪前期腹泻率(P<0.05),饲料转化率显著优于金霉素组(P<0.05)。纳豆芽孢杆菌与甘露寡糖对改善仔猪生产性能具有较好的协同作用,纳豆芽孢杆菌与甘露寡糖低剂量合用时,试验前期仔猪日增重显著高于对照组和甘露寡组(P<0.05),仔猪腹泻率显著低于对照组与甘露寡糖组(P<0.05);仔猪血清中CD3+,CD4+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),GSH-Px活性增加,显著高于甘露寡糖组(P<0.05),对仔猪的免疫和抗氧化机能有改善作用。A total 120 of crossbred piglets (1/2 Large white×1/4 Duroc×1/4 Landrace,(18±2)day of age,(5.57±0.04)kg BW were sorted by weight and gender,and divided into 5 groups,with 3 replicates per treatment.The experiments included two phases(phase1:1~14day;phase2:15~28day).The basal diet was corn-soybean meal,which was fed to the 1st group as negative control,The 2nd groups was fed with basal diets adding aureomaycin(CTC) in 150mg/kg as the positive control,The 3rd and 4th group were fed with basal diets adding Bacillus Natto sawamura (NAT) in 0.1% level and mannan oligosaccharides(MOS)in 0.2% level respectively.the 5th group was fed with basal diets adding 0.1% MOS and 0.05% NAT.The growth performance,blood biochemical parameters related with immunity and oxidation-resisant ability were determined.The results were as follows:(1)Dietary NAT and MOS had no significant effect of the ADG compared with CTC(P〉0.05),dietary NAT reduced diarrhea rate during phase 1(P〈0.05);(2)MOS has a synergic effect with NAT,the growth performance of piglets fed diet with MOS and NAT was better than those fed diet with MOS or NAT alone.The ADG of piglets fed the diet with MOS and NAT during phase 1 increased and diarrhea rate significantly decreased compared with negative control.(3)MOS boosted piglet's cellular mediated immune responses combined with NAT by increased proportion of CD^3+ and CD^4+ at the end of phase 1.(4)MOS,combined with NAT,increased serum GSH-Px concentrations (P〉0.05) and decreased serum MDA content of piglet(P〈0.05).
