摘 要:60头健康的,体重约20kg杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪被分成三组,每组20头.给三组猪喂以三种不同铜水平(9、134、259mg/kg)的饲粮.在70d饲养试验的期中和期末两阶段,对猪血液生化指标和生产性能进行检测.结果表明:随着饲粮铜水平的提高,猪血清铁、血清锌含量,血清碱性磷酸酶(SAKP)活性和血液血红蛋白(Hb)浓度都极显著地下降(P<0.01).这些试验结果显示:饲粮高铜,可影响猪对铁、锌的吸收和利用.饲粮高铜能促进前期(体重20~35kg)猪的生长(P<0.01)和提高饲料利用效率(P<0.01);但对中期(体重35~60kg)猪的促生长效应(P<0.05)下降.60 healthy Duroc × Landrace × Large Yorkshire piglets weighting about 20 kg were divided into 3 groups . The first group piglets were fed to diet containing 9 mg/kg Cu ; the second group piglets were fed to diet containing 134 mg/kg Cu ; the third group piglets were fed to diet containing 259 mg/kg Cu.. In the middle and end of 70 day feeding experimental period, blood biochemical parameters and productive performance of pigs were measured. The results show that with increment of dietary copper content, Fe, Zn concentrations, SAKP activities in the serum of pigs and Hb in the blood decline significantly ( P 〈0.01 ), but copper level in the serum rise up remarkably( P 〈 0.01 ), suggesting super - dosage copper in diets negatively affect absorption and utilization of iron and zinc. Improved growth rate( P 〈0.01 ) and feed conversion efficiency ( P 〈 0.01 ) for early period pigs ( BW 20 - 35kg) fed to super- dosage copper diet are observed; but for second stage pigs ( BW 35 - 60kg ) the effects goes down.
