摘　　要：从公共经济学角度看,农民增收缓慢与农村公共产品供给不足有密切的关系。文章依据数据资料分析我国目前农村公共产品供给不足、效率低下的现实,针对问题提出一个较完善的农村公共产品供给体系,以及在财力有限条件下确立农村公共产品优先顺序的原则和建议。From the public economics, the slow increase of peasants＇income is closely related to the insufficient supply of popular products in the rural area. According to the statistics analyzed in the paper at the moment, the public production is inadequate in China, and the efficiency of provision is low. To solve this problem, a perfect supply system for the communal production in the rural area is put forward; some principles for the development of the system are worked out and some suggestions provided.
