摘　　要：中国的加工制造业目前还处于初级阶段,为了发挥自身优势,使中国早日成为“世界工厂”,应深化政府行政管理体制改革;调整和完善所有制结构;改善投资机制;优化产业投资结构;培育社会中介组织,创造公平、公正的法律环境;推进科技进步和创新;进一步优化教育结构。Chinese manufacturing industries are still placed in the entry - level stage. For the sake of taking her advantages;, making China become＂ factories of world＂ soon, it is necessary to deepen the government administrative system reform, to adjust and perfect the ownership structure, to improve the investment mechanism, to promote the industry invcstrncnt structure, to cultivate the ,nediate organization in the society, to create the equity, fair environment of law, to push forward science and technology progress and innovations, further to improve the education structure.
