摘　　要：对湖北省部分县市农村的实地调研显示,单纯依靠农业增收不能从根本上解决农民问题,非农就业已成为农民增收的主要渠道。城乡收入差距太大导致农民大量跨区域非农就业表明,“三农”问题的根本出路在于实现农民的非农就业。On-the-spot surveys of some rural areas in Hubei province show that it gets nowhere to solve the problems related to farmers, agriculture and rural areas only by increasing the agricultural income. And non-agricultural income has become a major part in the peasants＇ total income. The big gap between the incomes of urban people and farmers which has resulted in large-scale cross-region non-agricultural employment indicates that the ultimate solution to the problems related to farmers,agriculture and rural areas lies in the realization of the non-agricultural employment.
