摘 要:目的分析部队人群的结核易感性,为部队结核病防治提供参考资料。方法对某部1990—2002年入伍新兵及新学员进行结核菌素试验,并进行相关分析。结果共调查1990-2002年新学员5612人,结核菌素试验强阳性193人(3.43%),阳性2666人(47.51%)及阴性2753人(49.05%)和调查1990—2000年新兵2511人,结核菌素试验强阳性78人(3.11%)。阳性1021人(40.66%)及阴性1412人(56.23%)。结核菌素阳性率在不同年度,不同来源的人群间比较具差异有显著性。结论部队人群中有一定数量的高危人群,需对这部分人群加强监控。Objective To determine susceptibility of the freshmen of soldiers and the undergraduate students to tuberculosis in one military unit and provide information for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Tuberculin test (PPD) was performed in 8 123 subjects from 1999 to 2002, the positive rate distribution was calculated and the factors associated with various positive rates were analyzed. Results Mtogether 8 123 subjects were included. The rates of strong positive, positive and negative result in 5 612 undergraduate students were 193(3.43% ) ,2 666(47.51% ) ,2 753(49.05% ). The rates of strong positive, positive and negative results in the 2 511 freshmen of soldiers were 78 ( 3.11% ), 1 021 (40.66 % ), 1 412 ( 56.23 % ). Significant differences of positive rates in PPD test were observed in different years, population from various places. Conclusion The freshmen soldiers are at high risk, suggesting that effective measures be taken for monitoring and controlling tuberculosis in this population.
