健康体检者总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白浓度及A/G分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市健康人员血清中总蛋白（TP）浓度、白蛋白（ALB）浓度、球蛋白（CLB）浓度以应白蛋白与球蛋白比值（A／C）情况。方法对477例20-70岁健康人群血清中TP浓度、ALB浓度、GLB浓度以应白蛋白与球蛋白比值（A／C）检测结果进行分析。结果TP血清浓度升高为47．6％（213／447）；CLB血清浓度升高为73．4％（328／447）；ALB血清浓度升高为0．004％（2／447），A／C下降为55．0％（246／447）。结论TP血清浓度、CLB血清浓度随着生活水平提高而增高，A／C却下降了，应重新确定其正常参考值范围。Objective To understand total protein （TP）, albumin （ALB）, globulin （ GLB ） of healthiness men in Shenzhen. Methods The concentrations of TP, ALB, GLB in blood serum of 477 subjects aged from 20 to 70 years old were analyzed. Resuits The concentration of TP was increased in 47.6% （213/447） of the subjects; The concentration of GLB was increased in 73.4 % （328/447） of the subjects; The concentration of ALB was increased in 0. 004 % （2/447） of them ; The concentration of A/G was reduced in 55.0% （246/447） of them. Conclusion The concentrations of TP and GLB are increased along with the enhancement of living standard of the people , while the concentration of A/G .is reduced. Thus normal reference value be modified.
