我院医护人员洗手情况分析及对策

摘　　要：目的通过对我院临床医护人员洗手情况的调查,分析不规范洗手的原因并提出有针对性的改进措施。方法对门诊、内科、外科266名临床医务人员洗手情况进行调查,并对其中150人进行了洗手操作考核,记录结果并进行统计学分析。结果医务人员对无可见污染手或物品标准洗手要求执行差;自评洗手执行合格率明显高于实际洗手合格率;各科医务人员之间洗手合格率有明显差异,外科洗手合格率最高,门诊最低;各类医务人员洗手考核合格率,差异有统计学意义,其中护士最高,护工最低。结论临床医务人员普遍存在不规范洗手状况,主要原因为管理不到位、洗手设施不健全、未形成良好的洗手习惯、洗手知识不足等,为了规范洗手方法,需要改善洗手条件和设施,针对重点科室和重点人群加强洗手培训教育。Objective To analyze the current situation in hand hygiene of medical staffs and determine the reasons of incorrect hands washing, then bring forward the improving methods. Methods 266 cases of medical staffs were selected randomly. Every patient would answer a questionnaire about hand hygiene, and his actual behaviors about hands washing were documented. Of all medical staffs, 150 cases were chosen to receive an operation test about hand washing. All the results were analyzed statistically. Results The observed accurate rate of hands washing was higher than the self-evaluated rate among medical staffs（P 〈 0.05）. Among different departments, the accurate rate of hands washing of medical staffs was different （P 〈 0.05） . Compared with that of doctors and medical assistants, the accurate rate of hands washing of nurses was highest （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The defect in hands washing is popular among medical staffs. The main reasons are lack of knowledge of hand hygiene, deficiency in management and bad habit of hands washing. To improve the hand hygiene and reduce the hospital infection, we should pay more attention to reinforce the hands washing conditions, to enhance the education, and further more, to recommend some effective monitoring policies in medical staffs.
