碱溶液加氟康唑膀胱灌洗治疗真菌性膀胱炎的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察碱溶液加氟康唑膀胱灌洗治疗真菌性膀胱炎的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将120例真菌性膀胱炎患者随机分为4组各30例,A组单纯口服氟康唑治疗;B组口服氟康唑同时加用碱溶液(5%碳酸氢钠)膀胱灌洗;C组只用碱溶液加氟康唑注射液膀胱灌洗;D组口服氟康唑并用碱溶液加氟康唑注射液膀胱灌洗。结果单纯口服氟康唑或口服氟康唑加碱溶液膀胱灌洗,效果不如应用氟康唑加碱溶液膀胱灌洗,但与口服氟康唑并用碱溶液加氟康唑注射液膀胱灌洗疗效比较,无统计学意义。结论应用氟康唑加碱溶液膀胱灌洗可有效治疗真菌性膀胱炎。Objective To observe the effect of douching bladder with fluconazol on fungal cystitis. Methods According to the sequence of admission, 120 cases of patients suffering from fungal cystitis were randomly divided into four groups, thirty patients in each. Group A received simple oral treatment with afluconzol, Group B oral treatment with afluconzol plus douching bladder with alkaline solution （5% sodium bicarbonate）, Group C bladder douching with both alkaline solution and afluconzol injection, and Group D oral treatment with afluconzol and douching bladder with alkaline solution as well as fluconazol injection. Results Therapeutic effect in group D was much better than that of the other groups. Conclusion Treatment of fungal cystitis using oral administration fluconazol plus douching bladder with alkaline solution as well as fluconazol injection is effective.
