摘 要:目的研究活脉饮对动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法2005-03~09对中国医科大学附属第二医院心内科通过股动脉内皮剥脱术和高胆固醇喂养的方法建立的兔动脉粥样硬化模型,观察活脉饮治疗后动脉粥样硬化斑块的范围、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)及内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO),并与单纯高脂组、辛伐他汀组比较。结果活脉饮高剂量组[12g/(kg·d)]斑块范围较单纯高脂组明显减小(P<0.01),与辛伐他汀组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),活脉饮低剂量组[g/(kg·d)]与单纯高脂组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);活脉饮治疗组与辛伐他汀治疗组相比,高活脉饮治疗组的TG与之相当,TC和LDL-C高于辛伐他汀治疗组,但未达到统计学意义。低活脉饮治疗组的TC和LDL-C较辛伐他汀治疗组明显升高(P<0.05),TG亦高于辛伐他汀治疗组,但无统计学意义。与高活脉饮治疗组相比,低活脉饮治疗组TG、TC和LDL-C均较高,但只有LDL-C具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与高脂饮食组相比,正常饮食组、辛伐他汀治疗组、高活脉饮治疗组和低活脉饮治疗组的NO均较高,但只有高活脉饮治疗组具有统计学意义(P<0.01);上述各组的ET均显著低于高脂饮食组(P<0.01)。活脉饮治疗组与辛伐他汀治疗组相比,NO和ET均有所增高,但无统计学意义。高活脉饮治疗组和低活脉饮治疗组相比前者NO较高且ET较低,但均无统计学意义。结论活脉饮能降低实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血清TG、TC和LDL-C,改善血脂代谢紊乱,且呈一定程度的剂量依赖性。活脉饮能升高实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血液中NO,降低ET,且呈剂量依赖性,对血管内皮细胞功能有保护作用。Objective To study the effect of Huomaiyin on atherosclerosis. Methods Between Mar. 2005 and Sep. 2005, the experimental modal of atherosclerosis in rabbits was established by endothelial injury through balloon and hyper - lipid feeding in the Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. The atheroslerosis plaque area, the level of serum lipid, NO and ET differences between groups were evaluated at the end of the study. Results At the end of 8 weeks after endothelial injury by balloon, the plaque area in Huomaiyin highdose group [12 g/ (kg · d)] was smaller than that in hyper - lipid group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; compared with simvastatin group, the plaque area in highdose group was larger, but the difference wasn't significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; compared with hyper - lipid group, the plaque area in lowdose group [ 6 g/ ( kg · d) ] wasn't significantly smaller ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The level of TG, TC and LDL - C of high cholesterol group was higher than that of the other groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of NO of high cholesterol group was lower than that of high dose Huomaiyin group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but the level of ET of high cholesterol group was higher than that of the other four groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Huomaiyin can increase the level of NO and decrease the level of ET, TG, TC and LDL - C dose - dependently, and therefore inhibits atheroselerosis in experimental atheroselerotic rabbits.
