清热化滞颗粒治疗小儿积滞兼风热证107例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热化滞颗粒治疗小儿积滞兼风热证的疗效。方法:将患儿156例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服清热化滞颗粒,对照组口服健儿清解液。结果:两组均有满意疗效,未见明显不良反应;但疗效对比以治疗组为优,且治疗组更能有效地改善临床症状及体征。结论:清热化滞颗粒治疗小儿积滞兼风热证疗效可靠。Objective ：To observe the curative effect of Qingre Huazhi Granular for retention of food belonged to wind-heat syndrome in children. Methods： 156 cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group were given Qingre Huazhi Granular while the control group were given Jianer Qingjie Solutions. Results： The two groups made satisfied curative effect and had no bad reaction. But the treatment group could improve clinical symptoms and physical signs effectively,which more superior than the control group. Conclusion：Qingre Huazhi Granular has notable curative effect for retention of food belonged to wind-heat syndrome.
