摘 要:研究了以四氢糠醇(THFA)、氨为原料,V2O5/γ-Al2O3为催化剂经气固相接触催化合成吡啶的反应.采用 XPS、BET对催化剂进行了表征,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对反应产物进行了分析,确定了主要产物吡啶.考察了反应温度、四氢糠醇流量、V2O5负载量和催化利用量对反应的影响.结果表明,在反应温度为500℃,n(THFA): n(NH3)=1∶5,V2O5/γ-Al2O3负载量为20%的条件下,四氢糠醇的转化率为93.47%,吡啶的选择性为77.43%,吡啶的反应收率达到72.38%.Pyridine was prepared from tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol(THFA) and ammonia with the catalyst V2O5/γ-Al2O3. The characteristic of catalyst was carried out by XPS and BET. The reaction products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the main product pyridine and byproduct were determined. The reaction conditions contained reaction temperature, the flow rate of THFA, the dosage of catalyst and V2O5 loading on catalyst. The results show that the rate of conversion of THFA is 93.47%, selectivity of pyridine is 77. 43%, the reaction yield of pyridine is 72.38% when V2O5 loading on catalyst is 20%, reaction temperature is 500℃ , and n (THFA) : n ( NH3 ) = 1 : 5.
